Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting clinical staff (RNs preferred), strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of healthcare staffing and compliance in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place qualified clinical professionals (RNs, LPNs, Allied staff).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle-job postings, sourcing, interviews, credentialing, and offers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing and credentialing standards.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates to improve retention and redeployment.
