Salesforce Technical Architect ( Senior / Junior )

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud and a strong background in the Telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions and leading enterprise-level implementations for telecom clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce solutions for telecom clients using Communications Cloud.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance models.

Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., OSS / BSS, ERP, billing platforms).

Provide technical leadership across multiple Salesforce implementations and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Salesforce applications.

Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to architectural principles.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and roadmap, especially within Communications Cloud and Telecom-specific capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years as a Salesforce Architect.

Deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud, including Industry Data Model, Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Revenue and Order Management .

Strong domain knowledge in Telecommunications, including BSS / OSS, service provisioning, and customer Contract lifecycle management.

Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for telecom clients - Digital Commerce .

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Integration (REST / SOAP APIs ).

Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) components and data raptor, integration procedures, and OmniScripts.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, or System Architect are highly desirable.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools, DevOps practices in Salesforce.

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for hybrid architecture scenarios.

Telecom-specific project experience with Tier-1 operators is a strong plus.
