Community & Operations Intern

Conversion : Option to transition into a full-time role based on performance

TapstartX is building a digital-first networking community for startups, enablers, and investors across India and Dubai. If you're passionate about startups, love solving problems on the go, and want to be at the center of a fast-growing entrepreneurial ecosystem, this role is for you!

A people-person who can build relationships, manage vendors / partners, and engage with founders and investors.

What you'll do :

Community Management : Engage with founders, investors, and enablers, ensuring a seamless experience within the TapstartX community.

Operations & Execution : Handle daily platform operations, assist with onboarding new members, and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Event Support : Work closely with the team to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact networking events and mixers.

Content & Communication : Assist in crafting compelling content for newsletters, social media, and member updates.

Problem-Solving : Take ownership of challenges as they arise and work towards effective solutions.

Research & Growth : Stay updated on startup trends, investor activities, and new opportunities to enhance the platform's value.

What we're looking for

Passion for startups, networking, and community building.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and take initiative without constant supervision.

A self-starter with a "figure-it-out" attitude.

Bonus : Experience in event management, social media, or customer support.
