End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles

Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews

Managing candidate follow-ups and documentation

Ensuring timely closures within given timelines

Experience in IT or Non-IT hiring

Strong communication & coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
