Tigris Mobility Pvt Ltd is an e-Mobility startup led by senior automotive professionals building ground-up vehicle platforms that challenge conventional mobility standards. As we scale our digital backbone, we are looking for a skilled and proactive IT & ERP Implementation Engineer who can lead and coordinate our end-to-end ERP rollout and support technology initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with software systems, understands business processes, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology vendors to deliver a robust and efficient ERP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate the complete ERP implementation lifecycle—requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, rollout, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with external ERP vendors to ensure timely delivery of modules and configurations as per business needs.
- Translate business workflows into system configurations and ensure accurate document mapping across departments.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Technical & IT Support
Manage internal IT-related tasks such as system setup, user access, permissions, and troubleshooting.Coordinate implementation and maintenance of dashboards, MIS tools, and analytics platforms.Assist in the development of internal web tools, portals, or dashboards (basic full-stack exposure preferred).Ensure data accuracy, maintenance of backups, and smooth functioning of IT systems.Process & Documentation
Create detailed SOPs, user manuals, and training material for ERP modules.Conduct employee training sessions and support adoption of digital tools.Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.Stakeholder Management
Serve as the IT–ERP bridge between operations, finance, HR, procurement, R&D, and vendor teams.Ensure issues are escalated and resolved promptly with minimal operational disruption.Track implementation progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to leadership.Required Knowledge and Skills
Hands-on experience with ERP implementation (preferred : Odoo, SAP B1, ERPNext, Tally Prime ERP modules, or similar).Strong understanding of business processes such as procurement, inventory, production, HR, and finance workflows.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with software vendors.Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, Python, or similar) is a strong plus.Experience with dashboards (Power BI / Google Data Studio / Tableau) is preferred.Strong analytical ability, documentation skills, and process mapping capability.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and accountability.Why Join Tigris Mobility?
