Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer at The Sleep Company, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to create compelling visuals that communicate our brand values and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, website banners, emailers, packaging, and performance ads.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate messaging into engaging visual communication.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all channels while experimenting with new creative styles and formats.
• Work on photo editing, product retouching, and image manipulation for website and e-commerce platforms.
• Create layouts for brochures, flyers, catalogs, and offline collaterals when needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in the D2C, wellness, and e-commerce space.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to campaign concepts, and deliver creatives in a timely manner.
