Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead full-lifecycle IT projects in the insurance domain using the Waterfall methodology. The role involves multiple concurrent projects, strong governance, vendor & stakeholder management, and ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead IT projects end-to-end (implementation, system integration, upgrades; non-operations support).
• Define project scope, milestones, schedule, and resources using MS Project or equivalent.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance tracking, and cost control.
• Oversee risk, change, issue, and dependency management.
• Collaborate with insurance business units to validate requirements.
• Manage vendors : SOWs, deliverables, and oversight.
• Produce project status reports, maintain documentation, and ensure governance compliance.
