• Reporting Time : 10 : 00 AM till11 : 00 AM
• Round 1- Aptitude Assessment (10 : 30 AM to 12 : 30 PM)
• Round 2- HR & Ops Screening Face to Face interview (01 : 00 PM to 04 : 00 PM)
• Note -Post 11 : 30 AM (entry not allowed)
• Drive is only for graduation passout in the year of 2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025 (All semester result should be declared)

1. Basic Computer Knowledge

2. Good to have MS Office knowledge

3. Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written).

4. Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.

5. Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge

6. Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry

7. Knowledge on Mortgage process is plus.

8. Supporting L1 Service Desk / Ticketing Applications / Working on US Healthcare domain Applications
