Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Consultant to support our IT services sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service offerings, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in responding to RFPs, creating compelling case studies, and collaborating across technical and business teams. Should be ready to work flexible hours to accommodate Global client meetings and deliverables. Key Responsibilities RFP & Proposal Management
– Analyze and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with high-quality proposals.
– Coordinate with delivery, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs.
– Ensure proposals are tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.
– Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content and templates.
Solution Design & Client Engagement
– Understand client requirements and create suitable proposal documents.
– Participate in client calls, presentations of the proposals and any workshops.
– Collaborate with architects and SMEs to design proposals and SOWs.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Interaction
– Work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and account teams.
– Facilitate internal reviews and approvals for proposals and solutions.
– Act as a bridge between technical teams and customer business stakeholders.
Content Development
– Create and maintain case studies, capability decks, and client success stories.
Required Skills
– Experience in IT services presales or solution consulting.
– Understanding of IT service domains (e.g. cloud, infrastructure, application services).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with global clients and multi-geography proposals.
– Familiarity with Agile, or other service delivery frameworks.
– Prior experience in creating sales enablement content.
