Job Title : DevOps Team Lead

Location : Pune,India.(Remote)

Salary Range : 35-45 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.
Oversee deployment and maintenance of applications including Odoo (Python / PostgreSQL), Magento (PHP / MySQL), Node.js (JavaScript / TypeScript), and LAMP / LEMP stack apps.
Design and manage CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
Handle environment-specific configurations across staging, production, and QA.
Containerize applications with Docker and deploy via Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) or Docker Swarm.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Monitor application health and infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or equivalents.
Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards.
Optimize cloud costs and infrastructure performance.
Collaborate with development, QA, and IT support teams for seamless delivery.
Troubleshoot performance, deployment, and scaling issues across diverse technology stacks.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years in DevOps, Cloud, and System Engineering with strong hands-on experience.

2+ years of team management and leadership in DevOps.

Hands-on experience deploying and supporting Odoo on Ubuntu / Linux with PostgreSQL, Magento with Apache / Nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL / MariaDB, and Node.js with PM2 / Nginx or containerized setups.

Production-level experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, PHP CLI, and Node CLI.

In-depth knowledge of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.

Experienced with Git, SSH, reverse proxies (Nginx), and load balancers.

Strong communication skills with proven client management exposure.

Preferred Certifications (Highly Valued)

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer

Bonus : Magento Cloud DevOps or Odoo Deployment Experience

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with multi-region failover, HA clusters, RPO / RTO-based design.

Familiarity with MySQL / PostgreSQL optimization, Redis, RabbitMQ, Celery.

Exposure to GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm, Ansible Tower.

Knowledge of VAPT 2.0, WCAG compliance, and infrastructure security best practices.
