Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analytics Specialist with hands-on expertise in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics . The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing analytics tags and data collection frameworks to ensure accurate measurement of digital performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain web analytics implementation using Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) and Adobe Analytics .
- Design and implement tracking strategies to capture user interactions and business KPIs across websites and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and product teams to ensure accurate and efficient tag deployment.
- Conduct validation and QA of tagging implementations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with analytics and marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective data collection and reporting frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tracking or data discrepancies in coordination with technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on best practices in tag management, analytics governance, and emerging MarTech tools.
Required Skills & Experience :
4+ years of experience in Web Analytics and Tag Management .Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics .Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as it relates to tag implementation.Knowledge of data layers , digital data governance, and event-based tracking.Experience working with debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, or similar).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Target .Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Google Analytics (GA4) as a secondary skill.Familiarity with SQL , BigQuery , or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
