We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer who will play a key role in scaling this next phase of growth — identifying and engaging top talent across multiple high-impact functions in India.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers across Product, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Technical Support, and Professional Services to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
• Own end-to-end sourcing — from market mapping and research to outreach and candidate engagement — ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent for critical roles.
• Source with precision and creativity , using a mix of advanced search strategies, AI-driven sourcing tools, referrals, and social engagement to uncover hidden talent.
• Craft tailored outreach strategies that reflect Rubrik’s mission and the unique impact of each team in India.
• Deliver actionable talent intelligence — provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to help shape recruiting strategy.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional partners , ensuring alignment and transparency across the hiring lifecycle.
• Champion diversity hiring initiatives by embedding inclusive sourcing practices and representing Rubrik’s culture of belonging.
• Track and analyze metrics to continuously improve sourcing efficiency and quality of hire.
