Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled UX & UI Designer with a strong foundation in visual design and expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

A solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus for effective handoff and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and similar tools.
• Develop and maintain scalable and consistent design systems, ensuring usability and accessibility standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine user experiences.
• Design responsive layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Advocate for the user in all stages of the design and development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, design patterns, and technologies.
