Your Role

As an Adobe Target Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering to deliver data-driven personalization strategies that enhance user engagement and conversion.

In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In :

• Developing and deploying A / B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager.
• Collaborating with UX / UI designers and content strategists to create tailored user experiences.
• Analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensuring Adobe Target implementations follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to campaign delivery and tracking.

1. Adobe Target – Deep expertise in setting up and managing activities, audiences, and offers.

2. JavaScript & HTML / CSS – Strong front-end development skills for implementing and customizing experiences.

3. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, and Launch.

4. Tag Management Systems – Experience with Adobe Launch or other tag managers for deploying Target.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting – Ability to interpret test results using Adobe Analytics or other BI tools.
