Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil and Interior projects. Located in Mumbai, the role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning, managing budgets, and delivering cost reports. The Quantity Surveyor will also oversee cost control for various stages of construction projects related to civil works and interiors, ensuring accurate cost analysis for effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in preparing and managing BOQs and Cost Planning processes for civil and interior projects.
• Expertise in Cost Reporting and delivering accurate cost analysis and projections.
• Ability to ensure financial efficiency in project execution and budget management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations for civil and interior projects.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in construction cost management or quantity surveying are an advantage.
