Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced
Automation Engineer
who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows, integrations, and platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in scripting, DevOps tools, cloud environments, and enterprise-grade automation frameworks to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, build, and maintain
automation workflows
across multiple platforms and systems.
Develop
integration solutions
using APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors.
Implement and manage
CI / CD pipelines
to support deployment automation.
Build and maintain
infrastructure automation
using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Ensure solutions follow
security, compliance, and best practices .
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes for performance and scalability.
Document processes, solutions, and architectural designs.
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or related field , or equivalent work experience.
6+ years
of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, or platform integration roles.
Strong scripting skills :
Python, PowerShell, or Bash .
Hands-on experience with
CI / CD tools
(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Experience with
containerization & orchestration
(Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, or GKE).
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with
infrastructure as code
(Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
Knowledge of
monitoring & observability tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Exposure to
API integrations
(REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills : Experience with
ServiceNow, Jira, or ITSM platform automation .
Knowledge of
RPA tools
(UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
Experience with
SonarQube integration
in pipelines.
Familiarity with
security automation
(DevSecOps).
Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and logical thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in
cross-functional teams .
Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
