Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) platforms.
• Manage Performance Max (PMax) campaigns to ensure visibility across Google surfaces
• Own budget pacing, daily bid strategy changes, and campaign health checks
• Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV).
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Leverage GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and Looker Studio
• Monitor landing page performance and collaborate with UI / UX and tech teams to improve conversion journeys
• A / B test creatives, ad copies, and CTAs regularly.
• Use customer segments (RFM, behavioral cohorts) to tailor ad messaging
• Work with design and content teams to brief and review performance creatives.
