Senior VisionPLUS Engineer (CMS Posting, FAS and Mainframe Technologies)

Overall Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership :  Provide technical guidance and oversight in the development and implementation of VisionPLUS solutions.
• Incident Management :  Monitor and provide solutions for Production and UAT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
• Issue Resolution :  Hands-on experience with subsystems (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively.
• Independent Work :  Work autonomously while escalating unresolved issues in a timely manner.
• Analysis Skills :  Employ excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and provide fixes for complex issues.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with multiple teams to deliver technical know-how and solutions to intricate business problems.
• Requirements Gathering :  Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development teams.
• Guidance & Support :  Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers, assisting in resolving complex issues during implementation, testing, and production phases.
• Implementation Support :  Aid in the implementation and stabilization of the solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
• Batch Processing Knowledge :  Maintain a high-level understanding of all VisionPLUS subsystems and batch processing operations.
