We are a US-based e-commerce fashion brand expanding our operations in India, and we're looking for an experienced Project / Operations Manager – Digital Marketing to join our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in managing digital marketing operations , with proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and technical problem-solving using Python .

Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee end-to-end operations of digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce projects.
- Strategize, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to drive ROI.
- Manage SEO initiatives (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve visibility in international markets, especially the US.
- Monitor campaign performance, create detailed analytics reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product, and development) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Ensure alignment of marketing operations with overall business goals and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and US marketplace dynamics to keep campaigns competitive.
Qualifications and Skills
5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing operations (preferably in e-commerce).Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Dynamic Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns) .Proven experience working with international clients, particularly in the US marketplace .Solid knowledge of SEO practices (technical, content, and performance optimization).Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python for marketing automation, data processing, or reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into strategy.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.Preferred :
Experience in the fashion / apparel e-commerce domain.Familiarity with other digital channels (Native Ads, Bing Ads, Affiliate Marketing).Skills Required
