Job descriptionDesign and execute performance testing using Locust and related methodologies. Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize code, and provide actionable insights. Provide technical guidance to teams on complex and ambiguous requirements. Maintain high standards for development quality, testing, and delivery. Drive CI / CD integration and automation using tools like Bamboo, GitHub Actions, or equivalent. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and testing workflows. Architect scalable and reproducible test environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Ensure environments are optimized for performance and reliability. Utilize AWS services effectively to support performance testing and Python applications.
Responsible for driving performance engineering initiatives using Python and Locust. Architect scalable test environments, ensure high-quality Python development standards, and lead teams in delivering reliable, performant applications.
