Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and loan origination for wholesale lending.
  • Perform financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investment and lending opportunities.
  • Handle project financing and appraisals, ensuring sound credit assessment.
  • Conduct credit risk analysis, credit appraisals, and manage deal closures efficiently.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial statements to assess the health and viability of borrowers.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in term lending across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, NBFCs, and related industries.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA / CA from a premier institute.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leading NBFC or Bank.
