We are seeking a skilled HR professional to oversee employee engagement and onboarding. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating documentation, vendor communication activities, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding, induction, and HR calls.
- Coordinate documentation and vendor communication activities.
- Drive employee engagement activities.
- Handle contractor grievances and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries by coordinating with internal teams.
- Manage exit process and conduct exit interviews.
- Monitor the HR email inbox and ensure all queries are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, and Delivery teams to resolve gaps or escalations.
- Requirements :
- 1–4 years of HR experience, preferably in employee engagement and onboarding.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, approachable, and employee-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset to introduce fresh engagement initiatives.
