About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and growth-minded Revenue Manager to take charge of our pricing and yield optimization strategy.
You’ll play a key role in using data to maximize revenue, identify new market opportunities , and help RivetStays expand across Ontario and beyond.
What You’ll Do
💡 Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
📊 Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns using PriceLabs and analytics tools.
📈 Conduct new market research to identify emerging opportunities and expansion areas.
⚙️ Adjust rates and stay requirements dynamically to match market demand.
🤝 Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align pricing with promotions and availability.
📅 Create actionable revenue reports and forecasts to guide business decisions.
🧠 Test and refine pricing models through A / B testing and performance analysis.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years in revenue management , ideally in short-term rentals or hospitality.
✅ Proficiency in PriceLabs and market analytics platforms (e.G., AirDNA).
✅ Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills.
✅ Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about data and performance optimization.
✅ Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.Com is a big plus!
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
