Experience Required : 510 years

CTC : 35000 to 40000 Per Month

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman to supervise and coordinate all finishing activities at our Mohali project site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishing work adherence to deadlines and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and execute all site finishing works such as plastering painting tiling false ceiling flooring carpentry waterproofing and other interior / exterior finishes.
• Coordinate with site engineers subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards design specifications and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and ensure completion as per schedule.
• Manage labor teams efficiently and monitor manpower productivity.
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
• Check finishing details as per approved drawings and specifications before handover.
• Ensure safety cleanliness and compliance with site regulations.
• Report to the Project Manager on progress issues and requirements for materials or manpower.
