Job Summary :
The Strategic Learning Director will be responsible for creating an in-house training facility, partnering with educational institutions, managing new hires, overseeing trainee progress, designing and delivering training programs, improving trainee development, and leveraging technology to enhance the training experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a comprehensive training strategy to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs
- Mentor and coach new hires to ensure successful onboarding
- Evaluate and improve existing training programs to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
