Job description

Location : Gurgaon (Onsite).

Experience : 5+ Years.

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI / ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI , with hands-on experience in building intelligent systems and automation tools for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI / ML models for automation, workflow optimization, and smart data extraction.
  • Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, LangChain agents, and Graph RAG architectures .
  • Develop embedding-based search using vector databases (e.g., Chroma, Weaviate ).
  • Prototype and implement AI solutions using open-source LLMs or APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Copilot).
  • Work on chatbots, intelligent document processing, and agent-assist tools .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver PoCs, scalable AI systems, and internal automation tools .
  • Integrate AI workflows with lightweight UI frameworks and Git for deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in applied AI / ML projects .
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with R, Java .
  • Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP techniques .
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, and design patterns .
  • Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation .
  • Proficient in version control (Git) for collaborative development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) is preferred.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, LangChain) .
  • Knowledge of UI integration with HTML / CSS / JS for AI tools.
  • Prior exposure to intelligent automation, agentic AI systems, or document processing workflows .
