SEO Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility and improve rankings.

Oversee all SEO activities including content strategy link building and keyword research.

Perform ongoing analysis of search performance and adjust strategies for optimization.

Collaborate with the marketing department to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.

Research and implement the latest SEO techniques and best practices.

Provide training and guidance to junior team members on SEO methodologies.

Monitor and report on performance metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.

In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics and keyword research tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements : Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire mentor and drive innovation within the team.
