We are looking for a motivated Tendering Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with numbers, and have experience in tender documentation, this could be the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Preparation and Submission of Tender Documents Within Deadlines

Reviewing Tender Specifications, Terms, and Conditions

Coordinating With Internal Teams for Technical and Commercial Inputs

Ensuring Compliance with all Contractual Requirements

Maintaining Tender Records and Documentation

Eligibility :

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in a Relevant Field
• Minimum 1+ Year of Experience in Tendering or Related Role
• Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good Communication and Coordination Skills
• Detail-oriented & Deadline-focused
