Job Description
- Strategic Leadership : Define the overarching marketing vision, goals, and strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Brand Stewardship : Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Customer Insights : Lead market research and data analysis to understand customer behavior and trends
- Campaign Management : Direct integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
- Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate with other C-suite leaders (CFO,GM,DGM) to ensure marketing initiatives are seamlessly integrated and support the entire organization's goals.
- Financial Management : Develop, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget, allocating resources across channels, technologies, and teams to ensure a maximum Return on Investment and efficient spending.
- Marketing technology Governance : Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology to streamline operations and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence : Oversee competitive analysis, identifying market gaps, threats, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions for product development and market entry.
Qualification and Experience
15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive leadership role.Proven accountability for driving significant revenue growth and defining long-term corporate marketing strategy.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree from a tier-one or premier universityExpertise in Digital Transformation, performance marketing, and scaling business via advanced marketing technology.Excellent communication and presentation skills required to articulate the marketing vision to diverse, high-stakes stakeholders, including the C-suite, Board of Directors, and sales teams.Competency and Mapping
