About the Role :
We’re on a mission to make advanced personal care accessible, intelligent, and exciting and we’re looking for a highly creative, culture-aware, and idea-driven Copy & Content Specialist who can make science go viral. You’ll work closely with the brand, design, and digital marketing teams to craft copy that not only sells but sticks. You will make ThriveCo’s science-backed products trend, engage, and convert across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :
Write scroll-stopping, high-performing copies for social media, performance ads, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
Develop hooks, headlines, and short-form storytelling for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and D2C platforms.
Collaborate with design & video teams to create viral scripts and content concepts .
Bring science to life by simplifying complex beauty-tech formulations into relatable, exciting narratives.
Stay on top of trends, pop culture, and social media behaviour to craft timely, buzz-worthy content.
Contribute to campaign ideation, influencer content, and creative strategy.
Write with consistency, clarity, and emotional intelligence — balancing credibility with creativity.
Qualifications & Experience :
2–5 years of experience in copywriting / digital content creation.
Proven experience writing viral content or high-engagement ad copies.
Strong command of English with a deep sense of tone, timing, and storytelling.
Understanding of social media trends, meme culture, and brand storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, and performance teams.
Beauty, D2C, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
