About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Transition Manager / Salesforce Team Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, leading a team effectively, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, ensuring smooth delivery of tasks, adherence to timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee project transitions, manage workloads, and delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining accountability.
• Contribute to development activities when required, with hands-on involvement in Apex, Visual force, Lightning (LWC / Aura), Integrations, and declarative configurations.
• Ensure best practices for coding standards, version control, documentation, and release management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of communication for project updates, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and support team growth through guidance and mentoring.
• Ensure delivery excellence and strong alignment with client expectations.
