📍 Location : Innov8, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon (just 50 meters from the metro!)

🏢 Mode : On-site (because culture is built best in person)

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Be the brand ambassador of Thrillophilia — sell our vision, not just the vacancy.
• Drive end-to-end hiring for Sales, Operations, Business, and Senior Non-Tech roles.
• Build pipelines like a pro — from LinkedIn and cold reachouts to referrals and networking magic.
• Partner with leadership teams to identify the right talent fit — not just skill-wise, but culture-wise.
• Create irresistible job postings (just like this one 😎).
• Keep candidates engaged, excited, and aligned throughout the process.
