Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Construction and Interiors professional, located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, managing the sales process, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role will involve providing product insights, participating in site visits, preparing sales proposals, and meeting sales targets in the construction and interiors industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional support
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Experience in delivering Training to team members or clients on products and services
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and techniques
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the construction and interiors industry is a plus
