STAGSTER.com is making India’s nightlife solo-friendly — for men and women. And we need a City Manager in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Your mission :

  • Onboard 3–5 premium venues / week (bars, pubs, work cafés)
  • Host micro-events to grow the local solo community
  • Verify Wi-Fi, safety & solo entry policies on-ground
  • Drive user growth through guerrilla and community marketing

Your 60-Day Targets :

  • 15–25 premium venues live on the platform
  • 200+ activated local users
  • 2 community micro-events executed
  • Manage social media campaigns
  • Video edits and Posts

    • Who You Are :

  • You know your city’s premium social scene — you hear about spots before they trend
  • You can walk into any venue and get a “yes”
  • You want to build something real
  • You’re blunt about experience and obsessed with quality
  • You’re active on social media — creator, micro-influencer, or marketer who can amplify city buzz
  • Preferably a graduate
  • Cafe / Bar / Pub Hoppers

    • The Deal :

  • Stipend : ₹8,000–₹15,000 / month (city-based)
  • Performance Bonus : Uncapped , per venue on-boarded
  • Activation Bonus : For every 50 users you drive
  • Founder Access : Work directly with the core team
  • Resume Credit : “Scaled STAGSTER in [City] from 0 → X”
