Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit new Architecture, Contractors, Builders.
- Provide support and training to the team.
- Manage the performance of existing projects and devise strategies to enhance their sales and revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Architecture, Contractors, Builders, and collaborate closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
