Job descriptionBachelor's degree in engineering with 4-6 years of experience in solar projects covering all phases from planning and execution to completion and handover. Must have experience in Indian solar rooftop (commercial and industrial) Projects Preferred : 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in solar power projects. Experience in installation of 200 kW to 2MW solar rooftop Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams, effectively delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives Immediate joiner preferred
A growing Solar EPC company committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and innovative solar energy solutions to Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead the execution of rooftop solar projects and help us power India's transition to clean energy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end to end execution of rooftop solar projects for C&I customer , ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.
- Coordinate site assessments and system design and finalise it with customer.
- Develop and manage project plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage procurement, installation & commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays.
- Coordinate with liaison partners t o ensure timely completion of net metering formalities.
- Prepare and submit progress report, project handover documentation.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
