Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Angular to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of full stack web applications using Angular (frontend) and [Node.js / .NET / Java / etc.] (backend).
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable codebases, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and usability.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS.
  • Solid experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET Core, or Java Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
  • Certifications in Angular, cloud platforms, or project management are a plus.
