What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.Primary focus : Scale B2B lead generation campaigns across industries.Secondary focus : Manage and grow D2C e-commerce campaigns.Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.Manage monthly budgets of ₹30–40L+ with a focus on maximizing ROI.Build, track, and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to build high-converting funnels.Run A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, AI tools, and industry trends.What We’re Looking For
3–4 years proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (must have strong B2B track record).Ability to consistently drive high-quality B2B leads at scale.Hands-on expertise with : Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM & Conversion Tracking (Pixel / Event setups), Keyword & Audience ResearchStrong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.Ability to handle large-scale budgets and optimize across funnels.Bonus : Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, Google Looker Studio, MCP servers, SEMrush, Ahrefs.What You’ll Get
