About the Role
Zepto is looking for a dynamic, insights-driven Brand Manager to partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to build impactful brand solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving brand challenges, and can translate business objectives into strong marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality client servicing.
- Translate client briefs into strategic, insight-led brand solutions tailored to Zepto’s platform and audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Category, Growth, and Creative—to deliver 360° campaigns.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, from brief development to performance analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for brand integration, partnerships, and platform-led innovation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in brand strategy, client servicing, or account management at a marketing / advertising agencyStrong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand building, and campaign execution.Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations with precision.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.Comfortable working with data and extracting insights to shape recommendations.Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive problem solver.Why Join Zepto?
