Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a DCDP/CDP-Breads at Theobroma Foods Private Limited, located in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and baking of bread products, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols, managing inventory for baking materials, and contributing to new recipe development while working collaboratively with the bakery team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of baking techniques, bread preparation, and bread-related processes
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene practices
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new recipes
• Teamwork and excellent communication to coordinate effectively with colleagues
• Prior experience in a bakery or culinary role is advantageous
• Formal training in culinary arts or baking is a plus
• Passion for high-quality baked goods and attention to detail
