Job Description
- Work Closely with the electrical consultants, specifiers and allocated Key accounts across the breadth of the Electrical industry product portfolio, and the development of relationships with these Consultants, specifiers and key accounts to support delivery of targets in defined regions.
- Identify projects within the targeted consultants and specifiers and follow these opportunities through the value chain. Maintain a Robust project pipeline for the allocated Branch / Region so that monthly revenue and order booking targets are fully achieved.
- Get Electrical industry products and solutions specified and on preferred make list for the projects and position Electrical industry as the 'first in mind' by engaging with consultants to ensure they are aligned with Electrical industry's product and solution offering.
- Keep Consultants and Specifiers abreast with the latest changes and updates on Electrical industry's product and Solution offering.
- Conducting Technical workshops, Seminars, products demos and Inhouse seminars at consultant & EU accounts.
- Work closely with the Electrical industry Branch sales teams and ensure coordination with team to ensure project win.
- Working in coordination with Sales Team, Branch Manager & Regional Manager to share timely information of projects to achieve targeted business and to extend the support to other region wherever required.
- Regular Win / Loss / Open Project analysis along with Regional Sales / Product Managers / Marketing & analyze Root Cause.
