Operations Head

At The Fresh Factory, we're redefining what clean eating and mindful eating look like in India.

From our café and cold-pressed bar to our integrated retail concept StockRoom, every detail reflects our belief that clean is cool, and honest food should be both beautiful and accessible.

We're now looking for a dynamic Operations Head to help us scale this ecosystem — someone who can combine structure with creativity, precision with empathy, and growth with integrity.

Your Role :

You'll oversee and optimize operations across our café, retail, and supply chain verticals — ensuring every process reflects The Fresh Factory's promise of quality, consistency, and excellence.

This is a strategic leadership role that involves :

• Leading day-to-day operations across multiple business units (Café, StockRoom Retail, Kitchen, Warehouse)
• Designing systems and SOPs that support scalability and operational efficiency
• Working closely with department heads — Finance, HR, Purchase, Marketing, and Kitchen — to align goals and performance metrics
• Managing budgets, cost efficiency, and vendor partnerships
• Driving accountability, team culture, and continuous improvement
• Supporting new store openings and operational readiness for The Fresh Factory Bangalore and future expansion projects
