Your Impact
As a Senior Staffing and Professional Development Administrator, you will make a difference to the development and experience of the India office consultants.
Broadly, the role entails being responsible for a full range of Staffing and Professional development function for a cohort within a pool of 650 consultants, conducted in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders of the office – both within the local and global network of the firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following -
You will manage the full range of staffing activities daily that include developing and facilitating professional development conversations. Providing coaching and guidance on appropriate assignments, skill development, career progression and other topics as they arise.
You will continually play an 'ear to the ground' role on people issues, bringing topics of importance to the attention of office leaders and provide thought leadership on developing and implementing key people initiatives and be willing to innovate as required.
You will recommend, manage and execute other personnel practices as needed – e.g., flexibility, exit / leave processes, mobility
You will build strong relationships with the local and global network of professional development colleagues to facilitate timely information sharing, cross-office mobility opportunities, best practice exchange, etc.
You will conduct analyses, regularly update databases and facilitate generation of key professional development and staffing metrics for the local office leadership.
