As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and repair of all machinery, equipment, and utilities in the Lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and improving equipment efficiency to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance : Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted production.
• Equipment Calibration & Optimization : Ensure all production equipment is calibrated and optimized for maximum efficiency and longevity.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Spare Parts Management : Monitor and manage inventory of critical spare parts, ensuring availability while optimizing costs.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
• Vendor Coordination : Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service providers for maintenance contracts, spare parts procurement, and technical support.
