Fiduciary Tax Compliance Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Professional with a strong background in reviewing Form 1041 (U.S. Income Tax Return for Estates and Trusts). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations, offering strategic tax planning, and delivering high-quality service to individuals and fiduciary clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Form 1041 Estates & Trusts :

• Review fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041), including complex trust and estate accounting.
• Allocate income between the trust / estate and beneficiaries appropriately.
• Understand DNI (Distributable Net Income) calculations and trust distribution rules.
• Collaborate with estate planners and attorneys as needed.

General Tax Duties :

Qualifications :

CPA or EA preferred.
