Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Minimum 6+ years of Relevant experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).
• Proven expertise in at least one of the following modules : Compensation, Benefits, or OTL.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and data flow.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and client interactions.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations or support projects.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in relevant modules is a plus.
