About Liability Sales

The Liability Sales Department is integral part of Retail Banking Department which brings primarily the new liability business for the Bank in the form of CA, SA and TD apart from other retail business of Cards, Assets and Third Party Investment Products. The department is largely responsible for bringing New-to-Bank customers to the vast network of 4100 domestic branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territories.

About the Role :

The Channel Sales official is responsible for driving the Forex business of the bank by supporting the sales team. They are situated in CO-Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analytical view on RFR Sales performance
  • Provide insights on Resource activation and Branch Activation
  • Responsible for correct income reporting without income leakage.
  • Ensure System Enhancement with IT and MIS backend team to have proper reports to measure the performance of all the parameters
  • Provide various enablers to Sales Team for driving the business numbers
  • Design KRAs and publish regular reports to monitor progress on deliverables
  • Design, launch and execute contests (end to end)

Qualifications :

Optimal qualification for success on the job is :

  • Graduate
  • 5+ years of experience in the BFSI sector
  • Role Proficiencies :

    For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following :

  • Experience in sales, Forex and providing solutions to customers.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to speak with conviction using data and logic
  • Aptitude in building rapport with professionals at various levels of organization and outside environment
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
