We are seeking a skilled and motivated Canadian Tax & Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Canadian Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamations, Succession Planning, and Canada GST Services. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients directly, providing tailored solutions in a range of complex tax and accounting matters for Canadian businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advisory services in Canadian Corporate Restructuring with a focus on Amalgamations and Succession Planning.
- Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.
- Manage Canada GST Services, including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business.
Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in a client-facing tax / accounting role (preferably with a focus on Canadian tax matters).Strong knowledge and experience in Canadian Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamations, and Succession Planning.Expertise in Canada GST Services, including all aspects of compliance and advisory.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
