Qualification :
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation
Additional : Experience in industrial product sales preferred; Management qualification (if any)
Experience : Minimum 5 years and Functional Area : Marketing
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, guide & mentor a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling business
Allocate tasks, monitor performance & ensure team efficiency in achieving set targets
Business Development & Conversion Targe
Drive & achieve minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibition
Create & execute strategies to improve conversion ratio through customer engagement & technical support
Technical Support
Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling production
Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions & ensure customer satisfaction
Customer Communication & Relationship Building
Maintain professional & persuasive communication with customers for technical correspondence
Build & sustain strong rapport with clients across Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalore
Sales Reporting & MIS
Maintain & update various sales reports, MIS related to enquiries, leads & customer account
Ensure timely submission of reports to management
