About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead forg) With a focus on volume, hiring is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume positions within the organization's digital sales operations business. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to attract, engage, and retain qualified candidates in a competitive talent market. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee a team of recruiters, coordinate with hiring managers, and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Strategy and Planning :

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, plans, and campaigns to support the organization's volume hiring needs for BPO operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
